PECAN PLACE APARTMENTS
INTERIOR
The brief for this interior project required a show unit for a new development to be fully furnished, on a very short deadline. This project included the sourcing, installation and styling of the interior.
These newly built residential apartments in Brooklyn Pretoria, by Amafu Developments, consist of 2 and 3 bedroom units.

ARCHITECTURE
The brief for this contemporary home in Midstream was for open-plan style living, arranged around a central courtyard. Sliding doors are pulled away to integrate the pool courtyard with the living areas. The living areas flow seamlessly together, and allow the client to entertain large family groups.
Construction completed in 2014.
